Restaurant 11, Bunker Doner, St Pauli

You travel for x100 miles for seven hours on a train and on arrival you go back to Harringay. But sometimes that’s not just what you want, it’s what you need. Having been spurned by a hipster pizza place (tbf they weren’t serving food) the sign of the kebab called us.

And it was quality. Slices of salty beef, loads of veg and all the sauces. And a cold Efes to wash it down.

Bunker life started well.

8/10
